I can't remember the names of the two young guys that replaced my water heater but they were great! They were polite, fast and informative! They even hauled off my old water heater for free! Great job!
Dustin was very helpful. I appreciated everything he did to help stop a larger disaster from occurring. And once he got here (earlier than scheduled because of the emergency situation) he was very kind, professional and efficient. I highly recommended Drain Go for all of your plumbing needs.
The technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. They even explained in detail what caused the issue and what could be the cause of future issues. They made the whole process easy and pain free.
Overall got the job done. The lady that answers the phone lacks customer service skills. Just for her rudeness alone we would’ve went somewhere else had this not been a warranty claim. The service guys came out and were very nice. They got the job done. However they didn’t turn my water back on so they didn’t even check to ensure it was working properly. He was confident in his work and showed me everything that was wrong and what he was going to do. Would I personally recommend this company? Yes, if customer service practices better phone etiquette. No one wants to spend money somewhere they’re treated rudely.
This Company has the best employees. They are knowledgeable,polite & hard working. They come in get right to work, gets things done right the first time & cleans up after. This is the ONLY plumbing company I want to come to my house. LOVE THESE GUYS!! Thank you.
